Atmosphere & The Dot Dot Dot:

This four piece Brighton band’s music has been described as a marvellous punky rocknroll fayre with dark undertones and slanty dance rhythms’

The Square Roots:

One of the freshest new 3 pieces to have hit the Brighton music scene, these chaps are offering something that is refreshingly different to the rest. Packing out venues wherever they go.. with their unique indie/raggae/funk sounds.

Stuart O’Connor:

800 shows in 3 and a half years and counting….Stuart O’Connor Honed his style first on the electric guitar as guitarist/vocalist with progressive rock 3 piece ‘My Pet Junkie. Gentle, powerful, uplifing. Stuart bends a guitar to his will and crafts mournful yet exquisite songs.

Birte Paulsen:

Birte wrote her first song when she was 13. At the age of 20 she packed her bags and moved to Los Angeles where she spent several years playing coffee houses and recording a couple of albums. She emerged as a mature songwriter with a lot of stories to tell. Combining American folk and Jazz, their sound is hauntingly melancholic and very much unique.. performing an extra special show for us with her Cello in tow.. we are sure you will be spellbound by her music.

Well apparently the sun is going to be shining down on us at Above Audio.. so I think really there’s no other place you should be. You’ve got good music, a BBQ, yummy cocktails, beautiful folk.. and sunshine. Whooop yaaaa!!

Mwah..
